OOTN: Give Me More...Leopard That Is!

Hey Ladies! Hope this post finds you well...

So this past weekend was quite non-stop as it was two of my friend's birthday weekend. So we did a little clubbin at the Savoy, ate a little dinner at Wokano's, did a photoshoot,  had a turn-around trip to Wet Willies in San Diego,  and capped it off with champagne and crab legs at the Reef. So yes, this weekend was quitefun and  festive if I do say so myself. Today's post is a little of my night at the Savoy. I never been there before, but heard it was pretty lowkey...so I kept it cute but chill. Here's a little more of my Outfit of the Night.

Black Hair...Don't Care

This past weekend I decided it was time to change my hair. I normally change it about every six weeks or so, so it was definitely time. I opted for some jet black waves, about mid back length. Now, here comes the dilemma... I will be going on a 90's themed cruise this weekend, and I'm wondering is this hair 90's enough? Also, I have NO ideas on what to wear! I tried googling some 90's fashion ideas, and got little to no help. Any ideas ladies? In the meantime, here is a little of my new do' and the little 90's fashion that I did find '_'

OOTD: Lady in Red

Hey beautiful ladies! I hope you had a great weekend...and are in good spirits :)

So, looking through my closet I realized that I only had one red piece, which is the red blazer that I wore for the Beyonce celeb look-for-less post I did a couple weeks ago. So, when I saw this red number while thirfting a week ago, for $0.49 cents, you know I HAD to swoop it up quick! What made it even better, was a little slit of leopard on it...so vintage looking...so random...AND in my favorite print, I was definitely in la-la land. Here is a little more of my outfit for the day.

While networking, I got the opportunity to meet rapper GEX through a mutual friend. I went to one of his performances and that was it, loved him. His range is what I liked most, of course he has party songs but he speaks on so much more. Well, needless to say we kept in touch after his performance and decided to work together and do a photoshoot...and here it is!

Brandy Vs. Amber

I LOVE long sleeve dresses. If it were possible, all of my club dresses would be either quarter or long sleeve. Something about being fully and partially covered simultaneously, IDK I'm weird..lol. OOTD: Go Green

Does your mother raid your closet like mine does? I'm just wondering, because this outfit almost didn't make it as outfit of the day messing around with my mom...lol. Being the forerunner and leader that she is, she is ALWAYS on the go. This weekend we got the chance to relax, let our hair down, eat some good food, shop, have some great conversation, reminisce, and just laugh and cry together. It truly was a special and blessed time. Needless to say, after shopping in stores and in my closet...she headed home with bags of stuff. This is one of my outfits that survived the raid..lol. Love you mommy!

OOTD: Color Me Badd

In light of Spring, I decided to dig deep and pull some color out of my closet. I love color but not too much on myself. So, I mostly pair bright colors with some type of nude, brown or black. I love this dress because of the floral/abstract print and because it's so versatile. You could wear it out for a casual lunch or layer it up for the office. Here is a little of my outfit of the day :)
